🔁 Returns + Exchanges

Can I return it?

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Send us an email at support@quillandwillow.com to start a return. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

What’s not returnable?

  • Used/opened items (for obvious hygiene reasons)
  • Custom, limited-run, or discounted products
  • Anything sent back without contacting us first

Damaged in transit?

Email us a photo of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order.

We’ll either send a replacement or issue store credit, your call.

⚖️ Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Email us ASAP. If we haven’t shipped it yet, we’ll cancel and refund.

If it’s already out the door, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and follow the return process.

🧴 Final Sale Items

All Discovery Sets, limited editions, and seasonal bundles are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

We don’t make exceptions unless we made a mistake.
